These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PLTK - Uzbek Dictionary mobile application (the "App") provided by PLTK ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PLTK is a mobile dictionary and translation application that provides:

An offline English-Uzbek dictionary with 28,000+ entries
AI-powered text translation
AI-powered voice translation with real-time conversation mode
AI-powered camera (OCR) translation
Support for 7 languages (English, Uzbek, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic)

The dictionary search feature is available for free and works fully offline. AI translation features (text, voice, and camera) require tokens and an active internet connection.

2. Token System

2.1 How Tokens Work

AI translation features are powered by a token-based system. Each translation consumes a certain number of tokens based on the type of translation and the length of the content. Token costs are determined by our server configuration and may be adjusted from time to time.

2.2 Purchasing Tokens

You may purchase token packs through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Token packs are consumable purchases. Once tokens are consumed through translations, they cannot be recovered.

2.3 Token Balance

Your token balance is maintained on our servers and is associated with your anonymous account. Tokens do not expire. If you uninstall and reinstall the App on the same device, your token balance will be restored upon signing in.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the App or its services
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App, including token balance verification, rate limiting, or authentication mechanisms
Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or backend services
Share, resell, or redistribute tokens or access to the App's paid features

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, dictionary data, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by PLTK and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Translation Accuracy

AI-powered translations are generated by third-party machine learning models and are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation. Translations should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other critical purposes. You acknowledge that machine translations may contain errors, and you use them at your own risk.

6. Purchases and Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the respective app store.

Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective refund processes. We do not process refunds directly.
No Warranty on Purchases: Tokens are consumed as you use AI translation features. We are not responsible for tokens consumed due to translation errors, connectivity issues, or other technical problems.

7. Account and Data

The App uses anonymous authentication. You do not need to create a traditional account with an email or password. Your anonymous identity is tied to your device. If you lose access to your device or clear the App's data, you may lose access to your token balance and usage history.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App and its services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI translation features depend on third-party services and internet connectivity. The offline dictionary will remain available regardless of connectivity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLTK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
