Open the translator in the app and tap the camera icon to switch to camera mode. Point your camera at any text you'd like to translate, and the app will extract and translate it automatically. This works great for signs, menus, documents, and more.

Yes. We use anonymous authentication, which means we never ask for your name, email, or any personal information. What is voice continuous mode?

Continuous mode is designed for real-time conversations. When enabled, the app automatically swaps source and target languages after each translation, so two people speaking different languages can have a natural back-and-forth conversation. The app provides haptic and sound notifications between speakers.

I lost my tokens after reinstalling. Can I get them back?

Your token balance is tied to your anonymous account on your device. If you reinstall the app on the same device, your balance should be restored automatically. If you switched devices or reset your phone, please contact us at support@pltk.app with your purchase receipts and we'll help restore your balance.

How do I add PLTK widgets to my Home Screen?

Long-press on your Home Screen, tap the + button in the top corner, and search for "PLTK". You'll find Quick Translate, Token Balance, Word of the Day, and Lock Screen widgets. Drag to add them.

Can I use PLTK with Siri?

Yes! Just say "Hey Siri, translate clipboard with PLTK" to translate copied text, or "Hey Siri, open PLTK translator" to launch the app. These work automatically — no setup needed.

How do I set up the Action Button for PLTK?

On iPhone 15 Pro and later, go to Settings → Action Button → Shortcut, then search for "Open PLTK Translator". After setup, pressing the Action Button opens PLTK instantly.
