This document is a public offer (the "Offer") within the meaning of Article 369, paragraph two, of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It contains all material terms of the paid-services contract concluded between the Seller and any legally capable individual who accepts it (the "Buyer").

1. Definitions
- Seller — the legal entity whose details are set out in section 11 of this Offer.
- Service — the PLTK mobile application and the pltk.app website, providing an offline English-Uzbek dictionary and AI-powered translation features.
- Subscription — the right to use the Service for a paid period on the terms of the selected plan.
- Tokens — internal accounting units of the Service, consumed when translation features are used. Tokens are not electronic money, a means of payment, or a crypto-asset; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
- Acceptance— the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer in the manner set out in section 3.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Seller undertakes to grant the Buyer access to the paid features of the Service on the terms of the selected plan and to credit the number of Tokens that plan provides; the Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the Subscription in the manner set out in this Offer.
The service is supplied remotely, in electronic form, with no physical medium delivered.
3. Acceptance of the Offer
Acceptance of this Offer consists of the Buyer taking all of the following actions on the subscription checkout page at pltk.app: ticking the box confirming agreement with this Offer, ticking the box confirming consent to automatic charges, and then pressing the payment button.
From the moment those actions are completed, the contract is deemed concluded in written form on the terms of this Offer (Article 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). The Seller records the date, the time, and the revision of the Offer in force at the moment of Acceptance.
4. Price and payment
Subscription prices are stated in Uzbek soum and include value added tax at 12%. Current plans:

Payment is made by Uzcard or Humo bank card through the payment organisation CLICK LLC. When the Subscription is taken out, the Buyer's card is bound (tokenised) for subsequent automatic charges. The full card number and the one-time confirmation code are transmitted in encrypted form through the Seller's infrastructure solely for forwarding to CLICK, and are never stored by the Seller.
There is no free trial. Payment is taken on the day the Subscription is taken out.
The Seller may change prices. A price change does not affect a period already paid for; the new price applies from the following period.
5. Automatic renewal and cancellation
The Subscription renews automatically: at the end of each paid period the Seller charges the price of the next period to the bound card without further confirmation from the Buyer.
Turning off automatic renewal is the only way to stop the charges. The Buyer may cancel at any time in the account area at pltk.app/account. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which charging stops.
If a charge fails (insufficient funds, a blocked card, or an expired card), the Seller may retry over the following days. If the charge still does not succeed, the Subscription ends.
6. How the service is provided
Tokens are credited to the Buyer's balance immediately after a successful charge. The service is deemed rendered at the moment Tokens are credited and access to the corresponding features is opened.
- Monthly plans unlock the Translator only; the Dictionary remains locked.
- The yearly plan unlocks both the Dictionary and the Translator.
- Unused Tokens carry over to the next period provided the Subscription remains active.
- After a Subscription ends, the remaining Token balance is retained and may be spent on translation until it reaches zero; access to the Dictionary closes.
- If a new Subscription is taken out after a previous one has ended, Tokens left over from the ended Subscription are not restored.
Translations are produced by machine-learning systems and are provided "as is". The Seller does not guarantee their accuracy and does not recommend relying on them for legal, medical, or financial matters.
7. Refunds
A refund request is sent to the email address given in section 11. Refunds are made to the same bank card the payment was taken from.
A payment can technically be reversed within the calendar month in which it was made. After that period, a refund is handled individually by agreement between the parties.
The value of Tokens already spent by the Buyer at the time of the request is not refundable. Cancelling before the end of a paid period does not entitle the Buyer to a refund of that period: access continues until it ends.
This section does not limit the Buyer's rights under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the protection of consumer rights and on electronic commerce.
8. Term and termination
The Offer takes effect when published on pltk.app and remains in force until withdrawn by the Seller. A contract concluded on the terms of the Offer runs until the end of the paid period and renews as set out in section 5.
The Seller may amend the Offer. Amendments take effect when the new revision is published on the site and do not apply to a period already paid for. Continuing to use the Subscription after amendments take effect constitutes agreement with the new revision.
The Seller may suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the Service if the Buyer breaches the conditions of use, including attempts to circumvent technical limits or to extract data by automated means.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties, including telecommunications operators, payment organisations, and compute providers.
The Seller's total liability under this contract is limited to the amount actually paid by the Buyer for the period in which the claim arose.
10. Disputes and governing law
This Offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be heard by a court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
